The Monterey Peninsula and its environs are one of the most gorgeous places in the world. A local geologist will take us on an excursion through time and space to visit the geologic origins of this area and how it came to be. A field trip to Weston Beach follows the lecture.

Instructor: Ed Clifton, Point Lobos Docent.
