While students spend 6.5 hours a day with their teacher, there are many other important support educators that work with them every day.

Bus drivers.

Custodians.

Paraprofessionals.

Secretaries and office staff.

Before and after school staff.

Lunchroom staff.

Nurses.

We can all think back on our time in school and remember at least one person in these roles that affected our life in a positive way. Wednesday, Nov. 19th is your chance to help your child say ‘Thank You!’ to the support staff that are important to them!

Large gifts are completely unnecessarily. A small, thoughtful gift is all that is needed to make an educator’s week. And yes, even the bus driver is an educator-this of all the life skills they teach our kiddos every day! Take a look at the ideas below for inspiration in thanking your child’s support group at school, and click on the picture for more information!
